At Chef Alice Cooking the repertoire and menu is continually expanding to include the best of the new food trends or simply to take advantage of the freshest seasonal produce. All hors doeuvres are served on fine quality black disposable platters, or, if hot, disposable wire chafers with aluminum pans and sterno. Ordering..
We request at least 48 hours notice for complete orders as food is prepared to order. There are some foods that require more preparation time. Call to order between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday - Friday or order online. Orders placed for Saturday, Sunday or Monday, must be received no later than 5:00 PM Thursday. Chef Alice Cooking requires a $75.00 minimum food order for delivery; delivery fee is determined by location and is quite reasonable.
Payment..
For drop-off catering, payment is due in full at time of arrival. For event catering, a 50% deposit is required to secure your event. The deposit will be lost if your event is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. Chef Alice Cooking accepts cash, checks and Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express via Paypal.
