Since 2005, Chef Alice Colin has been offering public and privately-booked hands-on cooking classes and cooking demonstrations in a variety of exciting global cuisines.
Have fun while learning essential knife skills, cooking techniques and loads of pro tips to last a lifetime!
About Our Cooking Classes
All classes include a welcome snack and refreshment, approximately two hours of preparing a three course menu, to be enjoyed together as a sit-down meal. Should you care to BYOB wine or beer to enjoy responsibly with your meal, Chef Alice can recommend the perfect pairing.
Private Cooking Parties
Chef Alice’s cooking class and meal events are filled with fun hands-on learning in an intimate atmosphere with a welcome snack, refreshment and music to match the global cuisine of your choice! In total, over a three hour experience. Cook, Laugh, Eat!
Team Building Classes
Preparing and enjoying a meal together is an effective way to strengthen relationships in a fun and relaxed environment. Activity followed by dining, conversation and laughter – it’s a recipe for success!

Cooking Demonstrations
Fun “infotainment”! You provide the space, and Chef Alice will demonstrate how to cook delicious, healthy meals. Choose from a variety of topics, like Big Taste, Small Waist, Italian, Mediterranean, Whole Grain Dinner Salads and Thai. Cooking Demos include generous sample-sized portions of each item prepared.

Public Classes
Offered bimonthly, public hands-on classes are offered in a variety of global cuisines and diets, and conclude with a sit-down meal. Meet other food-loving souls as you cook, laugh and eat! Enter as strangers, leave as friends!

Kids Cooking Classes
Privately booked for a minimum of four.
Classes are hands-on, and teach kitchen safety, organization, encourage teamwork and healthy eating. A great way to celebrate your child’s birthday!
