For the past sixteen years, Chef Alice Colin has been offering hands-on public classes and privately-booked cooking classes in a variety of exciting global cuisines.
All cooking classes include the following:
- A welcome snack and homemade refreshment
- Approximately two hours of hands-on cooking a three course menu, to be enjoyed together as an intimate sit-down meal. Should you care to BYOB wine or beer to enjoy responsibly with your meal, Chef Alice will recommend the perfect menu pairing.
Have fun while learning essential knife skills, cooking techniques and loads of pro tips to last a lifetime!
Chef Alice’s cooking class and meal events are filled with fun hands-on learning in an intimate atmosphere with music to match the global cuisine of your choice! In total, over a three hour experience of preparing, then enjoying, the menu you helped prepare. Cook, Laugh, Eat!
Preparing and enjoying a meal together is an effective way to strengthen relationships in a fun and relaxed environment. Activity followed by dining, conversation and laughter – it’s a recipe for success!
Fun “infotainment”! You provide the space, and Chef Alice will demonstrate how to cook delicious, healthy meals. Choose from a variety of topics, like Mediterranean, Main Course Salads or Thai. Cooking Demos include generous sample-sized portions of each item prepared.
Offered bimonthly, public hands-on classes include a sit-down meal, and offered in a variety of global cuisines, like Thai, French and Middle Eastern. Meet other food-loving souls as you cook, laugh and eat! Enter as strangers, leave as friends!
Kids Cooking Classes
Classes are fun, hands-on, and teach children to cook safely, encourage creativity, teamwork and promote healthy eating.
