Cooking Demos

Chef Alice’s cooking demos are informative and highly entertaining! In a meeting room or space you provide, Chef Alice will bring everything necessary to demonstrate how to prepare delicious food, emphasizing eating for health and cooking for flavor. Her broad experience in global cuisines will expand culinary horizons by introducing authentic ingredients and flavor profiles. Learn how to achieve perfectly balanced flavors of Thai cuisine, make the perfect hummus with toppings in Mediterranean, and how to make your own ghee and toasting whole spices in Indian cuisine.
Depending on selected topic, cooking demos are 75 to 90 minutes in length, and conclude with sampling dishes and question and answer period. 
Select from one of these cooking demo topics, and Chef Alice will send you menu options, and will happily accommodate dietary requests.
Chef Alice will provide:
All ingredients and food necessary to perform demonstration
Minimum of 2 ounce portions of items prepared
Recipes sent via email to client for duplication.
Disposable plates, utensils and napkins for food samples.
Client will provide:
Event space with close access to electric and water.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cooking Demos Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel 14 days or more prior to the cooking demo, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel for any reason within 14 days of the cooking demo, 50% of any monies paid is forfeited. When a refund is granted, monies will be refunded within 7 days of the request. Send your refund request to [email protected]
