This Vietnamese restaurant favorite, is as much fun to make, as it is to eat, and is delicious, healthy and gluten free as well!  Class is completely hands-on, with class size limited to eight students. Children will utilize the following skills and techniques: Knife skills, prep skills, cleaning as you go, washing and drying lettuce, working with fresh herbs, cooking rice noodles, working with rice paper, whisking, filling, folding, peeling, julienne,. After preparing the rolls, you’ll sit down to enjoy your creations! A parent or caregiver can either drop-off their child, or may stay and observe the class.
