While smooth Latin and Caribbean beats play in the background, (dancing is encouraged!) we’ll create an authentic, delicious Latin and Caribbean menu featuring Mexican chorizo, authentic jerk, a chutney that you’ll want to put on everything, to name a few.
Class Takeaways: Knife skills, pan roasting, soup making, sauce making, caramelizing onions.
Classes are hands-on, and include a a snack, refreshment and the food, supplies and equipment to prepare, then enjoy the following menu:

You may BYOB to enjoy with your meal. Recommended pairings: Beer, Red Zinfandel, Chardonnay
COVID-19 Policy: Anyone attending a public or private class must provide proof of being fully vaccinated by emailing, texting a photo of their vaccine card or presenting it on day of class. If unvaccinated, you must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of class.
