This class will teach show you can cook French cuisine without an excessive amount of butter and cream, and still produce an incredibly flavorful menu!
Class Takeaways: Knife skills, making a vinaigrette, fish cooking, crepe cooking, caramelizing onions, hard boiled egg cooking, building flavors, loads of tips and tricks to make your time in the kitchen easier, thus, more enjoyable!
Class includes a refreshment, snack, and all tools and supplies. All you need to bring is an appetite for learning and having fun!
