Ooh la la! We’ll create, then enjoy a delicious three course technique-filled French Vegetarian menu, which will likely be your go-to menu when you want to impress!
Skills & Techniques: Knife skills, vinaigrette, pie dough, candied nuts, saute’ vegetables, caramelizing onions, blanching vegetables.
Class fee includes snack, refreshment, and all food and supplies needed to create, then enjoy this authentic the following menu:
Mixed Lettuce, Green Beans and Goat Cheese Salad with Candied Walnuts
Mushroom & Gruyere Tart
