Who doesn’t like soup? This incredible technique-filled class features three deeply flavorful and spicy soups, incorporating authentic spices and regional ingredients, like tomatillos, red lentils and posole (hominy to name a few.
Skills and Techniques: Knife skills, sweating aromatics. building flavors, toasting whole spices, and so much more! You may BYOB to enjoy with meal portion of class. Recommendations: Riesling, Sparkling Rose’ or beers, like pale ales. Red wines, especially those high in tannin, don’t pair well with spicy foods.
