Everyone loves Italian food! This technique-filled class features a terrific Fall menu with a delicious flatbread, a great primer for bread making!  Classes are hands-on, and include a a snack, beverage, and the food, supplies and equipment to prepare, then enjoy the following menu:
Italian Flatbread
Arugula, Apple and Radish Salad with Blue Cheese and Candied Walnuts, Balsamic Vinaigrette
Chicken Cacciatore (contains pancetta, a pork product)
Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
Oven Charred Broccoli with Lemon, Garlic and Parmesan
Individual Pumpkin Tiramisu
You may BYOB to enjoy with your meal. Recommended pairings: Pinot Noir, Sangiovese
