Everyone loves Italian, and this seasonal menu will show you why! This class will have something for meat lovers and vegetarians, and that’s always a good thing!
Skills and Techniques: Knife skills, cake baking, peeling asparagus, zesting citrus, cooking pasta, sauce making, vinaigrette, blanching vegetables.
You may bring wine to enjoy with the meal portion of class. Recommendations: Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Red Zinfandel
Class includes a snack, refreshment, and all food and supplies required to prepare and enjoy the following menu:
Spring Mix Greens, Watermelon, Cucumber and Fresh Mozzarella Salad with Watermelon Vinaigrette
Pasta with Lemon Alfredo Sauce, Asparagus, Peas, Basil and Prosciutto Ribbons (may be served without for a vegetarian version)
Strawberry-Balsamic Sundaes with Pound Cake Croutons
COVID-19 Policy: Anyone attending a public or private class must provide proof of being fully vaccinated by emailing or, texting a photo of their vaccine card, or presenting it on day of class. If unvaccinated, you must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of class.
