Proper knife skills will make your time in the kitchen easier and more enjoyable. Chef Alice will teach you how to safely use, store, and care for one of the most important tools in your kitchen. We’ll incorporate a variety of frequently-used knife cuts to create a delicious soup and salad to be enjoyed at the end of class. Cook, Laugh, Eat!
