Proper knife skills will make your time in the kitchen easier, thus more enjoyable! Chef Alice will teach you how to safely use, store, and care for one of the most important tools in your kitchen, and will use you new-found skills to create a sensational salad and a Balsamic vinaigrette!
- Class fee is per person. Once registration is completed, you will be sent a Zoom meeting link and password, and a prep and ingredient list ahead of the class.
- We will be cooking in real time, thus having your mis en place (prep) is a very important step!
- Cancellation policy is as follows: There are no refunds for no shows or cancellations. You may, however, have someone take your place. On occasion, classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment or unexpected events such as instructor illness. We will notify you by phone and email with as much notice as possible if there is a class cancellation.
