This class will show you there’s more to Mexican cuisine than tacos and enchiladas. Learn how to use authentic ingredients, like achiote, tomatillos, chipotles in adodo, cooking fish, toasting aromatics and spices and so much more! You may BYOB to enjoy responsibly with your sit-down meal. Class includes a chef-prepared snack, refreshment, and all the food and supplies to create, then enjoy the following menu:
Hearts of Palm Salad
Tilapia en Papillote with Tomatoes and Salsa Verde
Elote Style Corn (not on cob when corn is out of season)
