This class goes beyond the Tex-Mex fare,. We’ll create a three course seasonal menu utilizing authentic Mexican ingredients and Summer produce, like corn and watermelon.
Class includes a snack, homemade beverage and all food and supplies to create and enjoy the following menu:
Mexican Watermelon Salad
Grilled Salmon Tacos with Tomatillo-Avocado Salsa and Pickled Red Onions
Esquites (Mexican Street Corn) coated in crema, cotija cheese and tajin seasoning.)
Mexican Hot Fudge Sundaes
