Middle Eastern is one of the healthiest and flavorful cuisines, with its’ use of aromatic spices, whole grains, yogurt, tahini, citrus and everyone’s favorite, garlic!
Class includes a beverage, snack, all food, supplies and equipment needed to prepare, then enjoy, the following three course menu:
Yayla Corbasi (Turkish Yogurt, Chickpea and Rice Soup with Mint and Garlic-Paprika Butter)
Warm Bulgur and Roasted Cauliflower Salad with Pomegranate Molasses Vinaigrette on Spring Mix Greens
Date & Walnut Filo Cigars served with Orange Blossom-Cinnamon Yogurt
Class Takeaways: Knife skills, toasting seeds, vinaigrette, tempering, working with filo dough, whole grain cooking, roasting.
You may BYOB to consume with the meal. Recommendations: Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Zinfandel
COVID-19 Policy: Anyone attending a public or private class must provide proof of being fully vaccinated by emailing, texting a photo of their vaccine card or presenting it on day of class. If unvaccinated, you must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of class.
