This class is a great introduction to knife skills and stove top cooking with a popular stir fry kids love! Class includes a snack and beverage, and all food, aprons and equipment needed for class. All they need to bring is a container to bring home a good-sized serving of their creation! Skills Learned: Knife safety and a variety of knife cuts, sauce making, pan toasting, wok cooking, steaming, cooking rice two ways.
