Everyone loves Italian, and this seasonal menu will show you why! This class will have something for meat lovers and vegetarians, and that’s always a good thing!
Skills and Techniques: Knife skills, cake baking, peeling asparagus, zesting citrus, cooking pasta, sauce making, vinaigrette, blanching vegetables.
You may bring wine to enjoy with the dinner portion of class. Recommendations: Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Red Zinfandel
Class includes a snack, refreshment, and all food and supplies required to prepare and enjoy the following menu:
Sprig Mix Greens, Mushroom and Burrata Salad
Pasta with Lemon Alfredo Sauce, Asparagus, Peas, Basil and Prosciutto Ribbons (may be served without for a vegetarian version)
Strawberry Olive Oil Cake
