Everyone loves Italian, and this seasonal menu will show you why! This class will have something for meat lovers and vegetarians, and that’s always a good thing!
Skills and Techniques: Flambee’, knife skills, working with and storing herbs, peeling asparagus, reductions, zesting citrus, cooking pasta, sauce making, blanching vegetables.
You may bring wine to enjoy with the dinner portion of class. Recommendations: Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio Red Zinfandel
Class includes a snack, refreshment, and all food and supplies required to prepare and enjoy the following menu:
Watermelon, Arugula and Fresh Mozzarella Salad
Pasta with Lemon Alfredo Sauce, Asparagus, Peas, Basil and Prosciutto Ribbons (may be served without for a vegetarian version)
Nectarine-Amaretto Sundaes with Pound Cake Croutons
