A meal in a bowl and a feast for the senses! With varying textures, colors and flavors, these main course salads are sure to become your go-to favorites. In addition to being nutritious, filling and quick to make, they can be tailored to fit any dietary preference. Class is hands-on, includes a snack and beverage to enjoy while you cook, and incorporates the following: Knife skills, blanching vegetables, making vinaigrettes, using and storing fresh herbs, whole grain cooking, toasting nuts and tips to make your time in the kitchen easier and more enjoyable. Class concludes with a sit down lunch consisting of items prepared.

Shrimp, White Bean and Asparagus Salad (may be prepared without shrimp for a vegan or vegetarian version)
Asian Chicken and Brown Rice Vermicelli (skinny noodles) Salad, Spicy Peanut Dressing (may be prepared without chicken for a vegan or vegetarian version)
