A new class topic! Peruvian cuisine is growing in popularity and it’s easy to see why! We will prepare an authentic ceviche, incorporate authentic Peruvian ingredients, like Aji amarillo chilis, a causa, Lomo Saltado and deliciously creamy Suspiro Limeno for dessert!
