A new class topic! Peruvian cuisine is growing in popularity and it’s easy to see why! We will prepare an authentic ceviche, incorporate authentic Peruvian ingredients, like Aji amarillo chilis, Lomo Saltado and deliciously creamy Suspiro Limeno for dessert!

Class includes a homemade refreshment and snack, all food, equipment and supplies to create and enjoy the following menu:
Shrimp and Bay Scallop Ceviche with Corn and Sweet Potato –
Lomo Saltado – stir fried beef, peppers and onions in an soy-cumin marinade, served with rice and fries
Suspiro Limeno (Caramel Pudding topped with Sweet Meringue)
