We will prepare, then enjoy a three course Southeast Asian menu featuring dishes from Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand, incorporating the following techniques: Blooming whole spices, working with fresh herbs and rice paper, a foolproof method of cooking brown rice, cooking rice vermicelli, sauce making, balancing flavors.
