Southeast Asian cuisine, has the perfect balance of flavors, and utilizing herbs like basil, mint and cilantro makes it a favorite of so many. We will prepare, then enjoy a three course vegan, gluten free Southeast Asian menu incorporating the following techniques: Knife skills, fresh herb primer, a foolproof method of cooking brown rice, crepe cooking, sauce making, macerating fruit, creating a balanced flavor profile.

Banh Xeo (Vietnamese Sizzling Pancakes with Mushrooms, Tofu Cutlet and Bean Sprouts served in Lettuce Wraps
Coconut Red Curry Vegetables served with Brown Rice
Pineapple Macerated with Ginger Syrup
