There are so many reasons to love sheet pan cooking: the simplicity of making a meal in the oven, the tasty charred edges on tender roasted vegetables, the vast variety of dishes and of course, easy clean up!
We will prepare a a delicious apple salad with a toasted garlic vinaigrette, and a sheet pan dinner of garlicky Spanish style roasted chicken, aromatic with pimenton, fennel seeds, garlic and orange.

- Class fee is per person. Once registered, an email will be sent with Zoom meeting link, class prep and ingredient list.
- We will be cooking in real time, thus your mis en place (prep) is a very important step!
- Cancellation policy is as follows: There are no refunds for no shows or cancellations. You may, however, have someone take your place. On occasion, classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment or unexpected events such as instructor illness. We will notify you by phone and email with as much notice as possible if there is a class cancellation.
