Knife skills, making a balanced vinaigrette, sauce making, toasting nuts and whole seeds
Class includes a snack, refreshment and all the food and equipment needed to create and enjoy the following menu:
Hearts of Palm, Orange Salad, Avocado and Roasted Beet Salad with Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette
Pepitas-Cumin Seed Crusted Tuna (served medium rare) with Roasted Tomatillo Salsa served with Poblano Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes
