These delicious, healthy and gluten free Vietnamese restaurant favorites, are as much fun to make as they are to eat! Fillings can be tailored to fit all diets.
Class Takeaways: Knife skills, cooking rice noodles, working with rice paper rounds, sauce making, cooking shrimp (optional ingredient).

  • Class fee is per person. Once registration is completed, you will be sent a Zoom meeting link and password, and a prep and ingredient list ahead of the class. 
  • We will be cooking in real time, thus having your mis en place (prep) is a very important step!
  • Cancellation policy is as follows: There are no refunds for no shows or cancellations. You may, however, have someone take your place. On occasion, classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment or unexpected events such as instructor illness. We will notify you by phone and email with as much notice as possible if there is a class cancellation.
